Hatha Yoga

'Ha' means sun and 'tha' means moon; right and left, ida and pingala, hot and cold or any other pair of opposites. Hatha Yoga is a practice of balance. It focusses on purification and strengthening of the body as a foundation for raja yoga- the path to meditation. 

It emphasises on Asana, pranayama, mudras and bandhas to achieve the higher self.Hatha Yoga is not just about physical postures; it's a journey of self-discovery, leading to a balanced and harmonious life.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa etymologically means 'to sit in a special way' highlighting the intention of the practice. The essence of vinyasa practice lies in breath-synchronized movement. It transforms static postures into a moving meditation, generating internal heat and purifying the body.

​Vinyasa yoga is a practice of mindful movement. It cultivates awareness of the body, breath, and mind, fostering a sense of presence and inner peace. It's a journey of self-discovery, where the flow of movement becomes a metaphor for the flow of life itself.
