About Me

My yoga journey began at the age of 8 when I learnt various asanas and pranayama practices under the guidance of my teacher. The lightness and calm I felt after every class drew me towards it, not to mention physical fitness and mental strength. My parents inspired and supported me in my journey to become a teacher.  

 

​​I completed my Yoga Instructor course at SVYASA University in June 2019 and earned my Master's in Yoga Therapy (MSc) in May 2021. I continued my studies with Acharya Bharath Shetty in Mysore, completing over 500 hours of teacher training in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga.

 

I believe I am first and foremost a student and will always strive to learn, understand and apply yogic philosophy in my life.​I have been teaching for 5+ years and my goal is to create a nurturing space where students can connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits​.

Our blend of Hatha and Vinyasa creates a well-rounded practice that promotes strength, flexibility, balance, and inner peace. We tailor our approach to your body's capabilities, allowing you to flourish at your own pace.
